Zexy Bakery was born from a deep-rooted passion for baking, one that began not in a culinary school, but right in my childhood home.

As a young girl, I watched with fascination as my older sister created magic in the kitchen, and her creations sparked my lifelong curiosity.

This interest in turning simple ingredients into something special eventually led me to complete my culinary training at Bakersfield College, where I dove into the science behind baking—a discipline I've come to love.

As a Mexican, woman-led, and home-based cottage food bakery, I believe in bringing delicious, home-baked goods free of artificial ingredients and dyes to our community.

Every single item we offer, from our custom cookies to our gourmet pies, is made from scratch. For us, fresh, natural flavor isn't an extra; it's the standard.

Our commitment extends beyond our kitchen and into our community and environment. We're dedicated to eco-friendly practices, including a container deposit system that helps minimize waste.
