Delivery and Pickup Policy
Delivery Service
Delivery service is offered at set times based on our schedule and is subject to the following pricing and conditions:
Delivery Pricing: Delivery fees are automatically calculated and set based on the recipient's ZIP code.
The Shafter 93314 Difference Refund: We offer a special delivery rate only for addresses within Shafter, CA using the 93314 ZIP code, which is processed as a refund.
You must place your order and pay the full delivery price calculated at checkout.
To receive the reduced rate, you must then contact us immediately via email or Instagram DM to confirm your Shafter address.
Upon verification, we will process the difference between the standard 93314 delivery fee and the Shafter rate as a difference refund back to your original payment method.
This difference refund is NOT valid for addresses in the Bakersfield, 93314 area.
Pickup Options & Times
We offer two convenient locations for order pickup at specific windows:

Policy for Failed Pickup or Delivery
We schedule our baking and delivery routes precisely to ensure freshness. Failure to pick up your order or to be available to receive a delivery at the specified time will result in the loss of freshness and no immediate refund.
No Refund for Failure to Pick Up/Receive Delivery: If you fail to pick up your order during the scheduled time window or if no one is available to receive the delivery at the time confirmed at checkout (based on the zip code), no refund will be granted.
Reschedule Option (At Your Risk): You may contact us via Instagram or email immediately to arrange a subsequent pickup or delivery for the following day.
By requesting a reschedule, you must be aware and accept that the product will not be as fresh as it would have been on the original date. Zexy Bakery is not responsible for the reduced quality of the rescheduled product.
