🥐 II. Zexy Bakery LLC Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
This section governs your participation in the Zexy Bakery LLC Rewards Program ("Loyalty Program").
A. Membership and Eligibility
Free Membership: No purchase is necessary. You must establish an account on the Zexy Bakery LLC website to enroll.
Eligibility: Open to all Zexy Bakery LLC customers who create an account.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Only one member account per natural person is allowed.
B. Earning Zexy Points

| Deposit Return | 50 points per deposit return | Awarded upon the successful return of qualifying deposit items. |
Limitations on Points: If you redeem points towards a purchase, you will receive new points only on the remaining cash amount you pay, not on the value covered by redeemed points.
C. Referral Rewards
Referrer Reward: When a friend uses your unique referral link to make their first qualifying purchase, you receive a $5.00 discount coupon.
Referred Friend Reward: The friend who uses the referral link receives a $5.00 discount applied to that first order.
Limit: Rewards are issued after the referred friend's first order is successfully completed.
D. Redeeming and Expiration
Redemption Rate: 100 Zexy Points is equal to $1.00 off your purchase.
Usage: Points can be applied in increments of 100 points, with no minimum purchase required.
No Expiration: Zexy Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Account Inactivity: Zexy Bakery LLC reserves the right to terminate membership and void points if the account is inactive for two (2) years.
E. Program Modification and Termination
Zexy Bakery LLC reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the Program, these Terms and Conditions, or any feature of the Program at any time, with or without notice.
📝 III. Zexy Bakery LLC Terms of Service (TOS)
A. General Conditions
Scope: These Terms govern the sale of baked goods and related products ("Products") by Zexy Bakery LLC to you.
Changes to Terms: Zexy Bakery LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
B. Ordering, Payment, and Custom Orders
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Zexy Bakery LLC. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Custom Orders: Custom designs require a final invoice confirmation. Once confirmed, payment is due in full as outlined in the invoice.
Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
C. Delivery and Pickup Conditions (TOS Reference)
Delivery Fees: Determined by ZIP code.
Shafter 93314 Discount: A special rate for Shafter, CA addresses is applied as a difference refund after the order is confirmed and the address is verified by contacting us. This rate is not valid for Bakersfield, 93314 addresses.
Pickup Windows: Orders must be picked up during the specified time windows: 1:30 PM–2:00 PM at Zexy Bakery and 2:30 PM–2:45 PM at Stockdale Bike Trail Parking Lot.
Failed Pickup/Delivery: Failure to pick up or receive an order at the specified time results in no refund. Rescheduling is possible for the following day, but the customer acknowledges and accepts that the product will not be fresh.
D. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Final Sales: Due to the fresh nature of the Products and food safety standards, all sales are final.
Return Inspection: Returns are only accepted at the moment of pickup or delivery. You must inspect your order immediately. Once the client walks away or delivery is completed, no returns are acceptable.
Standard Order Cancellation: A refund may be granted only if the cancellation request is received before 5:00 AM on the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Custom Order Refunds: Custom orders are non-refundable unless Zexy Bakery LLC made a mistake that was not specified on the final invoice. This mistake must be noted upon inspection at the time of transfer.
E. Product Quality and Allergens
Product Variation: All products are handmade. Minor variations in color and design are expected and do not constitute a defect or grounds for refund.
Allergen Disclaimer: Zexy Bakery LLC handles common allergens (including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and tree nuts). We cannot guarantee any product is completely free of allergens, and you acknowledge this cross-contamination risk by placing an order.
📦 IV. Delivery, Pickup, and Refund Policy Summary
Refund Eligibility: Refunds require cancellation before 5:00 AM on the scheduled date for standard orders, or are limited to errors not specified on the final invoice for custom orders.
Pickup Locations & Times:
Zexy Bakery (Main Location): 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
Stockdale Bike Trail Parking Lot: 2:30 PM – 2:45 PM
Failure to Collect: Failure to pick up or receive delivery at the specified time results in no refund. Rescheduled products are not guaranteed to be fresh.

🔒 V. Privacy Policy Summary
Personal Information: We collect information including Contact details (name, email, address), Financial information, Account information, and Transaction information to provide and improve our Services (powered by Shopify).
Usage: We use your data to process orders, manage your account, send marketing, and ensure security and fraud prevention.
Disclosure: We disclose information to Shopify, vendors (e.g., payment processing, shipping), and marketing partners as necessary to operate the business and services.
Your Rights: Depending on where you live, you may have the Right to Access/Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, and the Right to Opt out of Sale or Sharing for Targeted Advertising. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
Security: We cannot guarantee "perfect security." We retain your personal information as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide services, and comply with legal obligations.
