Return and Refund Policy
We take pride in every item we bake! Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policies are specific to immediate inspection, cancellations, and order mistakes.
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of fresh, baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have left our possession.
Returns will only be accepted at the moment of pickup or delivery.
You must inspect your order and notify the Zexy Bakery representative of any issue before you depart with the product or before the delivery personnel leaves your location.
Once the client walks away with the item or the delivery is completed, no returns or exchanges are acceptable.
Standard Order Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if the order is canceled before we begin the preparation process.
To be eligible for a refund on a standard (non-custom) order, you must request a cancellation before 5:00 AM on the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Cancellations requested after 5:00 AM on the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and baking will have already begun.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Custom Order Policy
Custom-designed cakes, specialty items, and large bespoke orders are prepared to your exact specifications, and are therefore non-refundable.
The only exception to this is if Zexy Bakery made a clear mistake that was not specified or agreed upon in the final order invoice (e.g., incorrect flavor, incorrect spelling of an inscription, a major structural defect). This mistake must also be noted at the time of pickup or delivery. Your final invoice serves as the definitive agreement for the custom design.
How to Request a Cancellation or Report an Issue
You must contact us immediately via Instagram direct message or through email at support@zexybakery.com, referencing your order number, to request a cancellation. To report an issue with an item, you must do so at the moment of transfer (pickup or delivery).
