Zexy Bakery Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the Zexy Bakery Rewards Program ("Loyalty Program"), and members of the program will earn Zexy Points in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards discounts on future Zexy Bakery purchases.

 

I. MEMBERSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY

Free Membership: No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the Zexy Bakery Rewards Program. You must establish an account on the Zexy Bakery website to enroll.

Eligibility: The Program is open to all Zexy Bakery customers who create an account.

Account Responsibility: If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may only have one member account per natural person. Persons who are discovered to have more than one account forfeit their points and will be unsubscribed from the Program.

 

II. EARNING ZEXY POINTS

Members can earn points through the following actions:

Purchases	5 points for every $1.00 spent	Points are calculated based on the subtotal (excluding tax, shipping, and any applied discounts or point redemption value).
Sign-Up Bonus	200 points	Awarded automatically upon successful creation of a Zexy Bakery account.
Birthday Bonus	200 points	Awarded annually on the member's specified birthday. Date must be entered in the account profile at least 30 days prior.
Deposit Return	50 points per deposit return	Points are awarded upon the successful return of qualifying deposit items to Zexy Bakery.

Limitations on Points:

If you redeem points towards the purchase of a product and pay a remaining portion of the retail price, you will receive points only on the leftover retail amount you pay, and not on any value attributed to the points you redeemed. If you redeem points towards the full price of the product, you will not earn any points on that transaction.

 

III. REFERRAL REWARDS

Referrer Reward: When a friend uses your unique referral link to make their first qualifying purchase, you will receive a $5.00 discount coupon for a future order.

Referred Friend Reward: The friend who uses the referral link to sign up and make their first purchase will also receive a $5.00 discount applied to that first order.

Limit: Referral rewards are tracked and issued after the referred friend's first order has been successfully completed.

 

IV. REDEEMING POINTS

Redemption Rate: 100 Zexy Points is equal to $1.00 off your purchase.

Usage: Points can be applied in increments of 100 points, with no minimum purchase required.

Exclusions: Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. Points cannot be used to cover tax or shipping costs.

 

V. POINT EXPIRATION AND STATUS

No Expiration: Zexy Points do not expire as long as your Zexy Bakery account remains active.

Returns/Cancellations: Points earned on an order that is later canceled or fully refunded will be deducted from your account balance.

Account Inactivity: Zexy Bakery reserves the right to terminate membership and void any earned points if the account has been inactive (no purchases or log-ins) for a period of two (2) years.

 

VI. PROGRAM MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Zexy Bakery reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the Program, these Terms and Conditions, or any feature of the Program at any time, with or without notice, even if changes affect the value of points already accumulated. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the changes.
